This runs from Cumberland Place to Commercial Road and, with a continuation now used as a car park by the Mayflower Theatre on the south side of Commercial Road, represents the course of the Goswell (or Gosehanewell) streamlet from Lubery Mead to the shore. It is clearly named from the conduits and water house that occupied its upper length.
