Taylor's Court and Passage
Taylor's Court
1) A 19th century court lying north of Simnel Street from which it was approached by a covered passage four blocks east of Castle Lane.
2) A 19th century court lying between High Street and Back-of-the-Walls, three blocks south of Bernard Street and approached by a long covered passage from the High Street, immediately south of the Nag's Head Inn.
Taylor’s Passage
An early 19th century passage off Derby Street, i.e. Simnel Street. It was probably the approach to Taylor's Court.
