1) A 19th century place on the north side and near the middle of Mount Pleasant Road in Bevois Valley.
2) A large 18th century house on the north side of Commercial Road near the junction with Hill Lane. It is marked on John Doswell's Map of 1800, and shown as a substantial house with gardens on the Town Map of 1845-46. Architect John Plaw lived here for a decade after 1795; he is listed here in Cunningham's Directory of 1803.
3) A terrace of four cottages at right angles to Chapel Street (now Dean Road) in Bitterne, built in 1944.
