Southcliffe House
Built by Herbert Collins and the Swaythling Housing Society in c.1930, Southcliffe House is situated at the junction of Southcliffe Road, Rockstone Lane and the Avenue. It provided six flats for single women. For many years the Society’s women rent collectors lived here.
