Southampton Girls' Grammar School
Established in 1907 at ?Argyle Road; moved to Hill Lane in 1936. Evacuated to Bournemouth during the war. Became a sixth-form college in 1967, and name changed to Southampton College for Girls. Boys admitted from 1979 and name changed to Hill College. Merged with Taunton's School in 1993 as Taunton's College.
