Seaway House
Built in the Italianate style in c.1860, Seaway House is a two-storey building on the north side of Town Quay, adjoining Geddes Warehouse to the west and the remains of the Watergate to the east. Originally used for offices and for a time the home of the Chamber of Commerce, it has more lately been used as a restaurant. It is a Grade II listed building.
