Rigby Road
Rigby Road is situated off the west side of Portswood Road between Avenue Road and Lodge Road. It was laid out in c.1895, and had been built by 1900, on the site of Bevois Hill House. It was named after Captain Rigby Collins who lived at Bevois Hill House in the 1870s and 1880s.
