Lambcote Tower
This name was given to the superstructure over God's House Gate and Tower, later named the Crawford Memorial Room. The original name, probably a personal one, dates to the mid-15th century. The tower may well be earlier than the gate or the gun-platform, constituting the terminal feature of the original east wall.
