A Victorian residence situated on the east side of Foundry Lane, between Edward Road to the north Kentish Road to the east and Grove Road to the south. It was probably built in the early-19th century as sales particulars form 1837 state that it has been recently refurbished. The same sales particulars (see clipping below) describe it has a detached four-bedroomed villa set in four acres of garden with carriage drive. it was demolished in the 1930s.
