A copse at the southern end of the Thornhill district. It was named after Henry Dumbleton, an East India Company administrator, who bought Thornhill Park House in 1847 and lived there until his death in 1877. A tower block in Thornhill was named Dumbleton Towers after Henry Dumbleton.
