This is described by David Lloyd (Buildings of England; Hampshire and the I.O.W.) as “a small intimate housing scheme with four-storeyed blocks in yellow and red brick and a little modish tile hanging”. It was designed by Southampton City Architect Leon Berger in 1961 and replaced an earlier house of the same name.
