Claremont
Claremont was one of the large residential villas in Regent's Park Road, built in the 1840s. The house was restored after the Second World War and converted to a telephone exchange. It was demolished in the 1970s and Kelston Close now occupies the site. Its name is remembered in the street names Claremont Road and Claremont Terrace.
