Thomas Chamberlayne (1805-1876) was the nephew of William Chamberlayne. He inherited the family estates of Cranbury Park and Weston Grove in 1831.

He is particularly remembered for the yacht Arrow, with which he won the America's Cup in 1851. He was a keen sportsman, fond of hunting and coursing as well as yachting. He was the first President of Hampshire Cricket Club in 1863, and was at one time president of the M.C.C. Preferring to live at Cranbury Park, he had little time for Weston Grove which he leased to tenants. He died in 1876.
