1) In the 19th century the former eastward continuation of Bernard Street east of Orchard Lane; it continued past Terminus Terrace over a railway bridge into the line of what is now Lower Bridge Street. Its eastern end was superseded by the Central Bridge Road and its western end is now incorporated into Bernard Street.
2) Runs from Portsmouth Road to Pear Tree Avenue in Woolston. It was constructed in 1836 by the Itchen Bridge Company to link up with the Floating Bridge.
